Attending members felt a meeting at RACV without colleagues was an unfair advantage – hence Hawthorn venue

Rob to nominate Andrew Scott for membership and invite to next dinner for induction

A great night for foundation members and their partners at Fiorellis in Camberwell. Thanks to Eve for making the booking as food and drink was superb. Michelle and Chris were missed but we look forward to many more Charlton Club celebrations as a group.

The night was not all pleasure as some business was conducted on the evening. Posted below are the notes:

All Agreed to proceed with AGTW in Healesville RACV

All agreed without kids is the preferred option

All agreed day should consist of golf, spa dinner and breakfast on departure

Proposed and accepted date is March 24th 2012.

Gabby wanted the minutes to reflect that the AGTW weekend meeting should be recognized as a thank you to the non voting members for their contribution to the welfare of the founding throughout the year

DK wanted to reinforce that Gabby is a non voting member

Client Update October 13 2011

Hi Rob and Nicole,

Clyde has advised me that the floor polishing has started this week and the driveway and path have been poured.The paving restarted and the pool tiling continuing also.
The gasline was installed and next week the pool and alfresco paving and the mirrors will be completed as well as the splashbacks and jetmaster installed.
